Gabriella Massa, who acted as curator and liaison between the artist in Canada and the Torino Olympic Committee, is an archaeologist and has worked in the re-discovery and restoration of the Fortezza di Fenestrelle.

Her work, People of Ice - Civilizations at the Edge of the World, will also be exhibited as part of the Cultural Olympiad.
